These practices are well documented in numerous articles and first-and conversation. I can only hope this behavior doesn't reflect the majority. So, after things hit the fan, and homebuyers are disillusioned over realtors, how will the realty industry regain their trust? In the future, homebuyers will be pushing realtors a lot harder regarding appraised "value", lending stardards, and market strength. Realtors should earn that trust, and not count on buyer urgency to make a sale.marine_explorerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03092782038855356359noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13164186.post-1127349157457487422005-09-21T20:32:00.000-04:002005-09-21T20:32:00.000-04:00The realtors will be the last to know when the s*i...The realtors will be the last to know when the s*it hits the fan. They won't say anything until the market is completely dead.njdochttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01094428473307499800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13164186.post-1127341975651697062005-09-21T18:32:00.000-04:002005-09-21T18:32:00.000-04:00Something you have to remember about the market re...Something you have to remember about the market reports on Realty Times, they are posted by real estate agents who use the Realty Times newletter as a marketing tool and subscribe to the service. As far as the first comment above, as a real estate broker owner in Palm Beach County, Florida, it's kind of a disappointment to see some anonymous person spew their venom and denigrate a profession that is working to provide a service and a high level of integrity to their clients.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
