That might work if few new houses are added. But what happens when even more houses are dumped onto the market.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13164186.post-1139870524127635422006-02-13T17:42:00.000-05:002006-02-13T17:42:00.000-05:00Look, the Real Estate supporters are going to use...Look, the Real Estate supporters are going to use every excuse in the book to wring every last drop of blood from this carcass before pronouncing it dead. When the Spring spike in sales fails to appear, then they will look forward to the Summer when everyone looks to buy for the upcoming school year. It doesn't MATTER if they are right, it only MATTERS that they keep some suckers buying.BigDaddy63https://www.blogger.com/profile/06671491714082740836noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13164186.post-1139857201730719322006-02-13T14:00:00.000-05:002006-02-13T14:00:00.000-05:00NAR admits the market is cyclical, but that works ...NAR admits the market is cyclical, but that works both ways for buyser and sellers. its seems to be a buyers market now with prices falling. Wait until spring may not work anymore.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
