I am convinced that there is a housing bubble. Also that because of this bubble and the federal budget and trade deficits, oil prices, weak dollar, poor lending practises, and creative lending that there will be signicant negative changes in the economy. I am interested in what other who believe as I do are doing to survive these changes.
