Boarded up Rowhouse in Washington, DC
This boarded up rowhouse, located along 1st Street NW near downtown Washington, DC will probably be rehabbed in the coming years as this neighborhood continues to gentrify.
I'd have to estimate that beauty is worth at least 6 billion dollars. Prime location, perfect for renovators, could probably turn around and sell it for 16 trillion in a few months. Ideal investment property.
the centex ad thing is hilarious. but look at the photo of the monster-house. who the hell wants something that huge? who'd wanna clean and heat/cool that McMansion?
