If Sue Herera pronounced David Lereah's name correctly, then I've been saying it wrong for years. She said "Leh-ray", while I've always pronounced it "Leh-ree-uh". Oops!

  1. Why are people so resistant to allowing home prices to go back to the norms? These people are bouncing off the walls to try and justify how home prices should not drop...it's stupid.
