Greener Pastures

We have entered the period of stagnation in some formerly hot markets. Many don't recognize the stagnation, but it is occuring. The stagnation is spreading and the smart money has already exited or is exiting. If you are a speculator, Real Estate Valley is no longer a good place to graze. Time for them to cash out and move somewhere else. The sheeple have gotton fat from the grass in the valley. The rainy season has ended and the grass will be turning brown shortly. The grass is greener somewhere else.
