Bubble Meter is a national housing bubble blog dedicated to tracking the continuing decline of the housing bubble throughout the USA. It is a long and slow decline. Housing prices were simply unsustainable. National housing bubble coverage. Please join in the discussion.
The bubble areas are the west coast, the northeastern 'megalopolis' and Miami (but spreading in Florida) from other things I am reading Chicago and Minneapolis are hot. Lest we not forget Las Vegas-not much in the heartland and south-yet.

Where's Alaska? Prices jumped on most homes by 50K between those sold in Jun of 04 and Jun of 05.
