All I can say is that it's even worse in the commuter areas, especially Solano County. At least from what I've seen/heard.
ReplyDeleteIt really depends on where you are. I keep charts of sales in the County of Marin and the City of Sonoma.

I'm up there quite often and places like Belvedere and Tiburon have been their value, inventory is still sluggish
ReplyDeleteMill valley is just starting to see price drops Inventory is at record highs. many homes still overpriced. Although not much is selling.Prcces have dropped about 10-15% another 10- 15% expected next 6 months.
