Washington DC Real Estate: 716 5th Street ,NE

I was browsing the Real Estate listings on Craigslist when I found this listing. Click on the link. Notice the granite counters. Must have these days. The rowhouse is listedfor 975,000 dollars. It is located in a gentrifying neighborhood in DC. The rowhouse was bought by:

It was bought about 6 months ago and renovated. Even if 150K was put into renovating it, that still leaves a huge profit for Ricardo. So will it sell for this price in a reasonable amount of time? Probably not.

    (Sometimes I wonder if the housing bubble wasn't some kind of conspiracy cooked up by the granite industry.)
