Trump: It's a Great To Buy!

"Mr. Trump’s gleaming $850 million, 1,392-foot tall hotel and condominium tower, which has shot out of the ground in recent months complete with banners proclaiming his name along the edge of the Chicago River. "

"There's no question, the market has taken a serious hit and is slowing," Trump said. "But it's a great time to buy in our building because we aren't raising prices." (NYTimes May 25th, 07)

  3. I live in Chicago. The oversupply of condos throughout the city is insane and there are still projects ongoing.

Because he built the building and needs to sell condos to earn money to finance the building of new buildings. Duh.

  8. It's interesting to see that David thinks a few words from Donald Trump are more important than the recent news of more falling real estate prices.

  16. It's true market is difficult but is a buyer's market, no wasting money in closing costs is a good thing, if you buy a house to live is a perfect moment. Why wait and pay more when the market get better, don try to be smart , be smart.
