BubbleSphere Roundup

This past week was a major week in the bubblesphere. The evidence continues to mount that the spring season is not the bubble savior that the housing industrial complex want it to be.

For you local DC Readers, check out the DC Under Construction Blog. Very Cool.

OverPrice DC has a nice graph showing rising inventory in DC proper.

Check out the new David Lereah Watch blog. Started by yours truly.

Don't forget that mortgage rates continue to rise.

Finally, Overvalued Blog is doing a terrific job at finding all these over valued housing units.

  2. David,

This is an interesting article in the conservative Weekly Standard. It's a very pesimistic economic outlook on the housing bubble and it sounds the alarm telling conservatives to get some answers ready for the people who are going to lose their homes.

When politcians start worying it's a sure sign that the bubble is gaining steam.
