Hey I saw neighborhoods like that in Texas in the 80's

People just packed up & left it to the Gangs & squatters

There were hundreds of places like this during the "oil patch" crash of the 80's

Just ask anyone who lived in Texas, Lousy-ana, Mississippi, Alabama and owned a home-
Bet they have a 15 or 20 year old Foreclosure on their Credit report!! Thousands of homeowners walked during that crash!!

It's so true. I wish more people would realize that my market in Utah Is absolutely different from national areas and even Salt Lake City

I strongly believe that it is not plausible to paint Real Estate with a broad national brush. It’s all about being ‘local’.
