Hey I saw neighborhoods like that in Texas in the 80's

There were hundreds of places like this during the "oil patch" crash of the 80's
Just ask anyone who lived in Texas, Lousy-ana, Mississippi, Alabama and owned a home-
Bet they have a 15 or 20 year old Foreclosure on their Credit report!! Thousands of homeowners walked during that crash!!

It's so true. I wish more people would realize that my market in Utah Is absolutely different from national areas and even Salt Lake City
