Shortly, both DC Housing News and The Boy in the Big Housing Boy Bubble will be removed from my blogroll. :-( Out At The Peak is on the watchlist.

Stay strong! Oh BubbleSphere! We will continue shining light on this speculative episode. Collectively, the bubblesphere is a powerful source of information that is being read by tens of thousands of people each and every day.

  1. Such a shame about the blogs. There used to be a Northern Virginia blog as well, but that has fallen by the wayside.

Keep up the great work David

  2. It takes a lot of time to maintain a blog well. David does a good job as a number of others do as well... of course after a year or 2, it gets hard to come up with new and entertaining analysis and it can degrade into regurgitating news and conjecture

  3. It's difficult now that the news is out. The whole idea behind the blogs is to discuss things that the MSM isn't talking about. Now that housing is all over the news, it's really not very interesting talking about a market that's hit it's peak and really isn't that exciting anymore.

  4. The MSM will soon start the "dead cat bounce" coverage. Don't think the real estate industry is going down without a fight.
