Bubble Meter is a national housing bubble blog dedicated to tracking the continuing decline of the housing bubble throughout the USA. It is a long and slow decline. Housing prices were simply unsustainable. National housing bubble coverage. Please join in the discussion.
Stand at the corner of Route 7 and south Walter Reed near the Arlington/Fairfax border and look up into the sky. Post photos of what you see there. They will have much more relevance than these two towers in San Diego.
ReplyDeletei used to live just 3 blocks from these towers. While I'm sure they are full of FB's those are some of the nicest I'd seen while living there.
ReplyDeleteThey have their own trolley stop for crissakes.
Is this a Wash DC area blog? Maybe I'm wrong about that.
ReplyDeleteThings that should plummet from the roof: FB's and any realtor in general.

ReplyDeleteIt's a housing bubble blog and there are bubbles all across our great nation.
I live in DC, but I'm fascinated by the San Diego market. When I was last there (Jan, 2003), a shack... and I mean a 2 room SFS (Single Family SHACK)... was on the market for $650,000.
ReplyDeleteIt was then that I began to wonder who these people were who could afford such a purchase.
Now, thanks to blogs like this one, I know.
i sure would not wanna be in one of those towers when the big one hits!!!
