ARM Interest Rates Continue to Rise


  1. I hope you're right. I'd love to be able to buy a house someday within 20 miles of Boston and not have to plan for my future forcloser

  2. I bet this will have a slow, but devastating effect. My guess is this will slowly cut off the funding for the flipping. With fewer new flippers, the current flippers will have fewer people to sell to.

    Imagine if the only people buying houses actually wanted to live in them, and were putting 20% down. What a concept.
