We Need a Protest at NAR

We need a citizen's protest at the National Association of Realtors in Washington, DC. They need to be called to task for their lousy, deceitful, cheerleading propaganda. See my post on NAR's anti bubble housing reports .

  1. I'm not sure a protest is the appropriate response. They put out press releases and studies. The response of blogs like this one is to put out intelligent critiques. These critiques can be used later when NAR tries to act like they predicted the fall all along. But a protest... why? You are probably having more influence and more effect with this excellent blog.

  2. Yes, what the world needs is another protest. I think you should be careful about taking what is a smart blog, with a good deal of positive influence, and turning it into a moveon.org laughing-stock retard parade.

  3. protests for such an unusual cause would get media attention.

  4. I think an emailing campaign or letter-writing campaign would likely have a better response. Of course, the response would not occur until after a lot of pain had been felt after the bubble busts. Just my two cents.
